I think we've all seen it, haven't we?  Agents struggling to find the right answers.  All too often, especially in today's world, good people get pushed aside and get lost in the masses where no one really takes an interest in them.  If you've ever wondered why some people make it and others don't, you'll that it's usually because no one ever really took an interest in them.  Of course, there are exceptions - some agents find their own way, someone accidentally discovers the answer on their own, and some make it to success.

Did you know that more than 98% of real estate licensees never make it long enough to see their second anniversary in this business?  Is it really true that nearly everyone who obtains a new license really isn't suited for the business?  We say no, that's not true at all.  What is true is that you'll need help if you're going to make it.  Lots of it too.

Yes, there are extenuating circumstances.  There are people who are not willing to learn, and are not coachable.  There are people who are not willing to work for a goal.  And there are people who cannot or will not listen to reason.  Those people aren't in this business for long.  Think about it.  If you're not willing to listed to someone who's trying to help you, do you think you're willing to listen to your clients who are trying to get you to help them?  Not a chance.

For everyone else, there's an alternative.  There's an alternative to getting lost in large offices, an alternative to taking a back seat to mega-agents, and an alternative to living your life the way you're living it now.

The alternative is us.

Seriously, you can spend years trying to make it on your own with little or no help.  Spend years working target markets that really don't have anything to offer you.  And, you can spend years working in this business only to receive no reward for your effort.  Someone once said, "If you keep doing things the way you've always done them, what you'll get is more of what you've already got."  How true that really is.

Bobbie and I founded this business based on impeccable ethics, the will to make this business successful, and the flexibility to take advantage of opportunities in the real estate industry.  We've both spent most of our lives here in Texas, with several tours overseas serving with the Armed Forces.  We've been very blessed to have lived all over the world, and to have experienced what we have.
